Vellum includes support-oriented templates for help content, native contact form submission, FAQ content, policy rendering, and fit guidance.

Help and FAQ

• templates/page.help.json uses the Help centre section with client-side FAQ filtering.
• templates/page.faq.json uses reusable accordion content for general questions.
• templates/policy.json renders Shopify policy content through the Main policy section.

Contact

templates/page.contact.json uses sections/contact-form.liquid. WhatsApp and social links are shown only when the merchant fills the matching global settings. The Shopify contact form remains available without JavaScript.

Fit support

templates/page.fit-guide.json and templates/page.find-model.json explain model identification and fit before purchase. Keep fit copy aligned with the model selector options configured by the merchant.
