Displays the storefront header with configurable menu, logo, open search form, account, optional wishlist, and cart controls.

Blocks

nav_item (desktop megamenu root with a configurable panel type - none/columns/feature/model - reused for the mobile drawer's two-level push panel regardless of the menu type setting).

Merchant notes. A nav_item with panel type "Model column" lists its Model rows links regardless of theme settings, but the "which iPhone" bar underneath those links only shows when Theme settings > Model shopping > "Enable iPhone model shopping" is on (off by default). See docs/model-shopping-flow.md.
