Displays all collections in a responsive editorial grid, paginated so every collection stays reachable and crawlable.

Merchant notes. Collection titles remain visible even when no image exists. Cards for a collection with its own "Model" filter show a count scoped to the shopper's remembered iPhone model instead of the flat total; a collection with nothing for that model stays listed, just disabled with the reason attached, rather than disappearing from the range. That model-scoped count (and the model bar) only shows when Theme settings > Model shopping > "Enable iPhone model shopping" is on (off by default) - otherwise every card shows its plain total.
