Recently viewed
Standalone, placeable "recently viewed" rail - the same client-only, localStorage-hydrated rail sections/footer.liquid shows automatically in its own band, available here as an ordinary section so a merchant can add it mid-page (e.g. on the product template) instead of only at the very bottom of the site.
Merchant notes. Stays hidden until at least 2 valid, still-available products have been viewed in this browser - nothing to configure per product. If you add this to a template that also shows the footer's built-in rail (on by default there), consider turning off "Show recently viewed" in the Footer section settings so shoppers don't see the same rail twice on one page.
